Lincoln Real Estate has been incredible for us over the past two years! They are extremely kind, caring and considerate. Whenever we have a maintenance or other issue in our house, they respond promptly and get it fixed right away! 10/10 recommend using them!

As it happened, my wife was down in the laundry room finishing up the wash when the maintenance guy (whom I like very much but have never learned his name) showed up and began disassembling the machine. Couldn’t ask for better service! I appreciate your prompt action in arranging the repair and for your courtesy of letting me know that it was done.

Lincoln RE was transparent from the beginning to end of my application process for the apt that was leased to me. I appreciated being informed how their application process works —on a 1st come 1st serve basis—that they continue to show their apts (including the one I applied for and really wanted!) until I submitted my original signed and notarized lease and 3 cashier bank checks for 1st, last & security. Even though they sent me a lease for the apt I wanted, they were VERY clear in telling me that they would continue to show the apt until I submitted the original signed/notarized lease and 3 bank checks to their office. If ONLY other local real estate firms in the area followed the same method in applying for their apts like Lincoln RE! Thank you Lincoln RE for being real and honest!

Kathryn & her brother Peter Grandonico own & manage Prospect St. Apartments. This the best kept property in Northampton. It is well-maintained both inside & out on a regular basis. The apartments are all lovely; hardwood floors & freshly painted interiors. The building is safe, secure and lass  than a ten minute walk to the heart of the city. The RE office responds to all tenant inquiries. Simply, a great place to live.Less

Joseph B. 4/21/14: I’ve had a great experience with Lincoln Real Estate.  The Prospect St. apartment building in Northampton is beautiful and well-maintained, and the style is traditional with updated appliances.The location couldn’t be better, and there’s plenty of street parking.  The service requests have always been answered in a timely manner when I’ve had issues.  I’ve been in the area for a couple years now, and I think this is one of the most ideal housing spots.  My home guests all agree!

I’m not sure who any of you are speaking about. I lived in the center of town and when anything was wrong I’d email the office. They would email me back the same day and then the maintenance person would come either that day or the next depending on what I needed. I’m kind of ——… so I read the lease carefully and didn’t put any holes in the walls… so I didn’t get charged for painting and I put felt pads on my furniture so I didn’t ruin the nice floors. Maybe that’s just common sense. I’m sorry for all of your bad experiences, but I must say mine were all great. I thought they were really friendly, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Just for the record, I loved living in the center of town. There were tons of places to go out everything was within walking distance. Please take it upon yourself to meet them, the other reviews are too harsh.

Our History

Established in the early 1900’s Lincoln Real Estate is one of the oldest real estate companies in Amherst, managing only our own properties in Amherst, Hadley & Northampton.
